The right of withdrawal applies only to private consumers who shop via www.ninaroende.dk.
Ordering and payment
You must be 18 years of age and have a valid payment card to shop at www.ninaroende.dk. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the consent of your guardian to complete the purchase.
Add the items you want to buy to the shopping cart. Prices are quoted in danish kroner. In addition to the price of the jewelry, you may need add the price of shipping.
When you’re ready, you go to payment. You can pay with Dankort, Mastercard, Visa or MobilePay. We will deduct the amount from your payment card when we ship the item to you.
When ordering items, you will initially receive confirmation that we have received your order. You will first receive a binding order confirmation when we deduct the payment from your payment card.
If the ordered item is not in stock and it is not possible for us to deliver it, we will cancel your order promptly. We may also choose to cancel your order if your stated address does not exist. If we cancel your order, we’ll immediately remove the reservation from your payment card. In both cases, we will contact you immediately by email.
We package and ship the item 1-2 days after you have ordered and ship the goods with PostNord in Denmark. Items at a purchase price above 700 DKK are delivered free of charge in Denmark. Items at a purchase price below 700 DKK will be added 50 DKK at standard delivery, 2-3 days. For express delivery in Denmark, 1-2 days, the delivery price is 100 DKK.
However, 18 carat gold jewelry is made to order, there will be up to two weeks of processing and delivery time.
Prior to the delivery of your order, you will receive your invoice by email.
Please contact us by email: email@example.com if you want delivery outside of Denmark and we will inform you whether we can accommodate your wish.
The card used for the purchase is debited when the product is shipped to the purchaser.

14 days right of withdrawal
You always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods. If the time limit expires on a public holiday, saturday, Danish Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the deadline shall be extended to the following working day.
Before the cancellation period expires, you must send us an email at the address firstname.lastname@example.org inform us that you regret your purchase.
You will then send the item to Nina Rønde Jewelry, Store Kannikestræde 5, 1169 Copenhagen K, Denmark, within 14 days after you have informed us that you have regretted your purchase. Items cannot be shipped by COD or without delivery, and you must pay for the return of the item yourself.
When we receive the return from you, we will check it and refund the amount without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation email. We may delay the refund until we receive the item from you or you send us proof that the goods have been returned.
We will reimburse you with the same means of payment as you used for your purchase.
Note that you are liable for a possible deterioration of the value of the item if you have taken the item in use, or if the item is damaged while you were responsible for it, or if you have handled the item differently than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
You should normally examine the product in the same way that you can in a shop, but do not use it. If you have used it in a way that is not allowed in a store, and we cannot sell it again or cannot sell it at full price again, we deduct the impairment in the amount you will receive back. If the item no longer has commercial value, we do not reimburse the purchase amount.
You must return the goods in the original packaging.
You should also make sure that the item is securely wrapped when you return it. You bear the responsibility of the package/goods until we receive it. Therefore, save the postal receipt and any possible track-and trace-number.
Complaints – if there is something wrong with the item
If you buy an item and there is a defect in it, the buying law rules will apply.
You can file a complaint about defects in the item within 24 months from the time of delivery by writing to Nina Rønde Jewelry at email@example.com. Remember to provide your order number and please include a picture of the defect.
In as much detail as possible, you should tell us what the problem is. If the claim is warranted and the defect cannot be remedied without returning the item, we’ll refund your reasonable shipping costs.
Remember that the item must always be shipped in proper packaging and receive a shipment receipt. Save mailing receipt incl. information on shipping costs and possible track-and trace-number.
