Which shipping methods can you offer?

We deliver the goods to Denmark with GLS. Shipping in Denmark is free of charge. Shipping abroad costs DKK 130 in EU. Outside EU shipping costs DKK 298.

How long does it take before I get my package?

We will pack and ship the item 1-2 days after ordering. If you have an address in Denmark, you will receive the item 2-4 working days after ordering.

However, 18 carat gold jewelry is made to order, and there will be up to two weeks of processing and delivery time.

Payment

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay with Dankort, Mastercard, Visa or MobilePay. We will deduct the amount from your payment card when we ship the item to you.

Orders and returns

How do I place an order?

You must be 18 years of age and have a valid payment card to shop at www.ninaroende.dk. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the consent of your guardian to complete the purchase.

Add the items you want to buy to the shopping cart. Prices are quoted in danish kroner. In addition to the price of the jewelry, you may need to add the price of shipping.

How can I cancel or change my order?

You always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods. If the time limit expires on a public holiday, saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.

You cancel your order by sending us a message that you regret your purchase. Before the withdrawal period, you must send us an e-mail at: info@ninaroende.dk and tell us that you regret your purchase.

How do I track my order?

To track your order, enter: ORDER ID

How can I return an item?

You should normally examine the product in the same way that you can in a shop, but do not use it. If you have used it in a way that is not allowed in a store, and we cannot sell it again or cannot sell it at full price again, we deduct the impairment in the amount you will receive back. If the item no longer has commercial value, we do not reimburse the purchase amount.

You must return the goods in the original packaging.

You should also make sure that the item is securely wrapped when you return it. You bear the responsibility of the package/goods until we receive it. Therefore, save the postal receipt and eventually Track and Trace number.
