The earrings reproduce a miniature olive branch. The idea behind the design was to get as close to reality as possible. Notice the organic balance between the curve of the individual leaf and the arc of the branch as a whole. With its curly trunk and dusty green leaves, the olive tree is my favorite Mediterranean vegetation.
