The earrings are shaped like a quarter of a hollowed-out sphere. The profile and surface of the jewelry call to mind the peel of an orange and are inspired by the fruit of the crooked orange trees I used to watch from my hotel room as a child, winding upwards from floor to floor in between the adorned balconies of Palermo’s old town, La Kalsa.
