Sales and delivery terms apply to purchase of goods at www.ninaroende.dk for delivery in Denmark.
The right of cancellation applies only to private consumers who shop through www.ninaroende.dk.

Ordering and payment

You must be 18 years old and have a valid payment card to shop at www.ninaroende.dk. If you are under 18, you must have your guardian’s acceptance to complete the purchase.

The items you want to buy should be added to the shopping cart. Prices are quoted in Danish kroner. In the top of the price you may need to add the price of freight.

You can pay with Dankort, Mastercard, Visa and MobilePay. We will first deduct the amount from your payment card when we ship the item to you.

Order Confirmation

When you order goods, you will initially receive a confirmation that we have received your order. You will first receive a binding order confirmation when we withdraw payment from your payment card.

Cancellation

If it is not possible for us to deliver the ordered item, or if your enlightened address does not exist, we can cancel your order. We will immediately contact you in that case and immediately remove the reservation on your payment card if we cancel your order.

Delivery

We will ship the item 1-2 days after you have ordered and deliver the goods with PostNord.  Shipping is available only in Denmark.

14-day right of withdrawal

You are always entitled to cancel your purchase within 14 days. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, constitution, Christmas eve or New Year’s Eve, the deadline for the following day is extended.

Then you ship the item to Nina Rønde Jewelry, Küchlersgade 9, 1774 Copenhagen V. Within 14 days after you have informed us that you will regret your purchase You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

When we receive the item back from you, we check it and repay the amount without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received your mail for cancellation. We can await your refund until we receive the item from you or you send us documentation that the goods have been returned.

We will refund you to the same payment method that you used for purchase.

Note that you are liable for any deterioration of the value of the product if you have taken the goods in use or if the goods were damaged while you were responsible for it or if you have handled the item differently than is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the goods .

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If the item no longer has a commercial value, we will not refund the purchase amount.

You should also ensure that the item is properly wrapped when you return it. You carry the risk of the package (s) until we receive it.

Complaint if something is wrong with the item

If you buy a product and there is a shortage of it, the terms of purchase policy apply.

You can advertise missing items within 24 months from the time of delivery by writing to us at nina@ninanorende.dk. Remember to provide your order number and attach a picture of the defect.

You should provide more details about the problem. If the complaint is justified and the defect cannot be rectified without returning the item, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs.

Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and receive a receipt for dispatch. Save mail receipt incl. Information on shipping costs and, if applicable, track and trace number.

Information about redress

A complaint about a product or service purchased from us may be submitted to the Center for Complaints Solutions, the House of Names, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. You can complain to the Center for Complaints Solutions via www.forbrug.dk.

Privacy

When shopping at www.ninaroende.dk, please provide the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Email
  • Phone number

We store your information for 5 years, and then we will delete them. We do not share the information with some outside Nina Rønde Jewelry.
